Billing questions

What happens after the trial?

The Pro trial lasts 7 days. A card is required to start it. If you don't cancel during the trial, the plan you chose starts automatically.

How many computers can I use?

Each license activates on one computer. To move it, remove the old computer on your account page and sign in on the new one (up to three new computers in 30 days). Running two computers at the same time needs a second license. Free recording works on any computer.

What if my payment fails?

You keep your plan for a 3-day grace period while Stripe retries the payment. Shows that are already live are never interrupted.
